Converter Support
For a reproducible converter problem, include:
- Browser name and version
- Device and operating system
- Approximate file size and image dimensions
- Number of files in the batch
- Exact message shown by the converter
- Steps that reproduce the problem
Do not email a confidential or sensitive image. In most cases, technical details and the displayed message are enough to begin investigating.
Before contacting us, the WEBP Conversion FAQ and How Local WEBP Conversion Works may answer common questions.
Privacy and Data Requests
Use the subject Privacy Request and describe the request and the context in which you contacted the site. We may need enough information to locate relevant correspondence or records controlled by the site.
Selected images are not intentionally uploaded by the converter. Privacy requests concerning data held directly by Google or another third-party provider may need to be handled through that provider.
Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
Security Reports
Use the subject Security Report. Include the affected URL, browser, steps to reproduce, and observed result. Do not send exploit code, credentials, personal data, or confidential image files through an ordinary email message unless a safer exchange method has been agreed.
Review the Security and Local Image Processing page before reporting a concern.
